CCTV Guard AI Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CCTV Guard AI, an AI-powered CCTV security monitoring service developed by PT Indo Smart Media. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the CCTV Guard AI platform including the website, Android mobile app, API, and related supporting devices
• "User" refers to the individual or business entity that registers and uses the Service
• "Tunnel Box" refers to the bridging device (Raspberry Pi or MiniPC), which is optional — required only if your CCTV has no public IP
• "Subscription" refers to the paid plan selected by the User
• "Custom Plan" refers to a plan assembled by the User based on the number of cameras, AI presets, and devices needed
• "AI Preset" refers to a specific detection module (e.g. Fire/Smoke, Theft) selectable per subscription
• "Evidence Locker" refers to the feature that locks evidence with a SHA-256 digital fingerprint

2. Registration and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to register
• Registration information must be accurate and current
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential
• One account may only be used by one entity (individual or company)
• Customer access is provided through the Android mobile app. The browser portal is intended for internal staff and partners, not customers
• The number of devices that may be logged in simultaneously per account is limited; a new login beyond the limit ends the oldest session
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. Service Description

CCTV Guard AI provides:

• AI Monitoring: Analysis of CCTV camera frames using AI Vision to detect security anomalies
• Real-time Notifications: Alerts via in-app push notification, WhatsApp, and email when an anomaly is detected
• AI Presets: 12 detection modules selectable to match your site's needs
• Snapshots & Video Clips: Images and short recordings attached to each alert
• Live View: Live camera streaming through the mobile app
• Evidence Locker: Evidence locking with SHA-256 hash-based integrity verification
• Daily Reports: Automated security summaries with AI analysis
• Face Recognition: Identification of registered faces (available through the Unauthorized Person preset)
• SOS Button: An emergency feature that sends a panic signal with GPS location to registered emergency contacts
• Buy Back: The option to sell your Tunnel Box back to us (see Refund Policy)

Important note: AI detection is assistive. The system may produce incorrect detections (false positives) or miss events (false negatives), and does not replace human supervision or physical security services.

4. Pricing, Tax, and Payment

• Camera pricing is a flat Rp 100,000 per camera per month — the same rate applies to the first and every subsequent camera
• AI Presets are Rp 50,000 per preset per month
• Optional Tunnel Box: Raspberry Pi Rp 800,000 (up to 8 cameras per unit) and MiniPC for corporate Rp 2,500,000 (up to 32 cameras per unit), purchased once. CCTV that already has a public IP does not require this device
• All displayed prices already include 11% VAT. Tax is extracted from the amount you pay and is never added on top — the figure you see is the figure you pay
• Payment is made in advance via Virtual Account or QRIS. Payment gateway fees are borne by us, not charged to you
• Prices may change at any time; however, the price locked at purchase remains valid for the duration of the active subscription (grandfathering)
• Add-ons purchased mid-period are prorated based on remaining days
• Subscriptions that are not renewed automatically move to limited mode after the active period ends

5. Camera Quota

• The number of cameras you may install follows the quantity stated in the plan you paid for
• Remaining quota is shown in the app; adding cameras beyond the quota will be rejected
• To install more cameras, increase the camera count on your plan via the Subscription menu
• Without a Tunnel Box, cameras are limited to a maximum of 8 units

6. Recording and Evidence Retention

• Alert snapshots and clips are retained according to your plan's history period: 7 days (Lite & Custom), 30 days (Pro), or 90 days (Enterprise)
• Evidence you lock in the Evidence Locker is never deleted automatically, regardless of age
• Monitoring frames that never became alerts are cleared after 2 days as they hold no evidentiary value
• Lock important evidence before your plan's history period elapses — once past, the files cannot be recovered
• A camera that still holds locked evidence cannot be deleted until the evidence is unlocked
• Deleting a camera deletes that camera's entire alert history and cannot be undone

7. Media Access Security

• CCTV recordings, evidence, face photos, and profile photos can only be opened through a digitally signed link valid for 6 hours
• Consequently, media links cannot be shared outside the system — use the Download or Share button in the app, which sends the file itself rather than a link
• Significant activity on your account (login, camera changes, evidence locking, SOS, payments) is recorded in an audit trail for security purposes

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for:

• Activities that violate applicable law or regulation
• Surveillance of individuals without lawful basis or valid consent
• Installing cameras in spaces that violate privacy (bathrooms, changing rooms, or another person's private space)
• Registering a person's face into the Face Recognition feature without that person's consent
• Distributing malware or attacking our systems
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
• Sharing account access with unauthorized parties
• Excessive API use that disrupts other users' service

9. Tunnel Box

• The Tunnel Box is optional and only needed if your CCTV is confined to a local network without a public IP
• Raspberry Pi supports up to 8 cameras per unit; MiniPC (corporate) up to 32 cameras per unit
• Devices must be used according to the technical guidance provided
• Damage caused by misuse is the User's responsibility
• Device firmware is updated periodically for security and performance
• Devices may be sold back to us through the Buy Back programme (see Refund Policy)

10. Service Availability

• We aim to provide 99.5% uptime for cloud services
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance
• Detection quality depends on your camera quality, lighting, viewing angle, and internet connection stability
• We are not liable for disruptions caused by the User's internet connection, camera faults, or force majeure

11. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in CCTV Guard AI are owned by PT Indo Smart Media
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service
• Footage produced by the User's cameras remains the property of the User

12. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as-is" without implied warranty
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months
• Anomaly detection AI is assistive and does not fully replace human supervision

13. Termination

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice
• After termination, account data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion
• Download any evidence you need before terminating your account

14. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will first be resolved through deliberation
• If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved through the Bandung District Court
• The governing law is the law of the Republic of Indonesia
