Welcome to CCTV Guard AI, an AI-powered CCTV security monitoring service developed by PT Indo Smart Media. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the CCTV Guard AI platform including website, Android mobile application, API, and related ESP32 devices
- "User" refers to any individual or business entity that registers and uses the Service
- "Device" refers to the ESP32 relay device provided for alarm integration
- "Subscription" refers to the paid plan (Lite, Pro, or Enterprise) chosen by the User
2. Registration and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to register
- Registration information must be accurate and up-to-date
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- One account may only be used by one entity (individual or company)
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
3. Service Description
CCTV Guard AI provides:
- 24/7 AI Monitoring: Video analysis from CCTV cameras using AI Vision technology to detect security anomalies
- Real-time Notifications: Alerts via WhatsApp, email, Telegram, and push notifications when anomalies are detected
- Anomaly Detection: Automatic identification of suspicious movement, intrusion, abnormal crowds, and emergency situations
- Video Clips: Short clip recordings during detected events (available in Pro and Enterprise plans)
- Live View: Live streaming from cameras through the mobile application
- PDF Reports: Automatic daily/weekly security reports with AI analysis
- Face Recognition: Face identification for whitelist and blacklist management
- Alarm Integration: Connection with ESP32 devices for physical alarm activation
- SOS Button: Emergency feature to send panic alerts to all registered contacts
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
- Free trial available for new users
- Subscription plans: Lite (Rp 99,000/month), Pro (Rp 399,000/month), Enterprise (Rp 750,000+/month)
- Payment is made upfront for the selected subscription period
- Prices may change with 30 days prior notice
- Subscriptions that are not renewed will automatically switch to limited mode
5. Prohibited Use
You are prohibited from using the Service for:
- Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
- Illegal surveillance of individuals without proper consent
- Distributing malware or attacking our systems
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software
- Sharing account access with unauthorized parties
- Excessive API usage that disrupts other users' services
6. ESP32 Devices
- ESP32 devices are provided at a separate cost (Rp 200,000/unit)
- Devices must be used according to provided technical guidelines
- Damage due to misuse is the User's responsibility
- Device firmware will be updated periodically for security and performance
7. Service Availability (SLA)
- We endeavor to provide 99.5% uptime for cloud services
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance
- We are not responsible for disruptions caused by User's internet connection, camera damage, or force majeure
8. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights to CCTV Guard AI are owned by PT Indo Smart Media
- Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service
- Content generated from User's cameras remains the property of the User
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as-is" without implied warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months
- AI anomaly detection is assistive and does not fully replace human surveillance
10. Service Termination
- Users can terminate their subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice
- After termination, data will be stored for 30 days before permanent deletion
11. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through deliberation first
- If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved through the Bandung District Court
- Applicable law is the law of the Republic of Indonesia
