- Push notification tokens (FCM)
2. How We Use Information

- Provide Services: Real-time CCTV monitoring, AI-based anomaly detection, and security notification delivery
- Communication: Sending security alerts via WhatsApp, email, and push notifications
- Service Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve AI detection accuracy
- Reports: Generating daily/weekly PDF reports with security analysis
- Customer Support: Responding to inquiries and technical support requests

3. Data Storage and Security
We store your data on servers protected with:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers
- Encrypted database with restricted access
- JWT authentication with regularly rotated tokens
- 24/7 firewall and server security monitoring
- Regular encrypted data backups
Snapshots and video clips are stored for the period according to your subscription plan (7-90 days), after which they are automatically deleted.

- Service Providers: Server hosting, AI services (DeepSeek Vision), and Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications
